Shipping and Packaging

Please note that the current COVID-19 situation worldwide and natural disasters will affect shipping lead times and rates. There’s also only one person running this shop part-time so I kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Shipping

Domestic

Processing of orders will take 5-10 business days.

All orders will be shipped via J&T please refer to their website for shipping lead time.

Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout.

International (Flat mailers only)

Processing of orders will take 5-15 business days.

International orders are shipped via our local post office and may take 30-60 business days to arrive. Shipping cost will be automatically applied upon checkout.

Orders will be sent as tracked ordinary mail. Tracking number will be sent via email.

Extra fees are not included on the overall cost of the order. Any other fees imposed upon delivery of the item will be shouldered by the customer. Please check with your local post office first before placing an order

Packaging

I try my best to minimize waste when it comes to packaging. I may reuse paper bags/packaging from other shops and I try to stay away from plastic bags.

Domestic orders will be packed using compostable bags but in some cases, the courier will put them inside their own plastic packaging.

All international orders will be packed using bubble mailers (may change in the future).

All orders are packed with a backing card (reused cardboard boxes). I also include some extra freebies.

Please also reuse the packaging if possible.
