I ship orders through J&T for orders within Philippines. For orders within Mindanao your orders should get to you within a few days but orders for Visayas and Luzon might take a couple of days to a week.

Weather conditions can also affect shipping, if the parcel gets returned to me I will resend it once conditions will allow.

Outside Philippines

To keep the shipping cost low for international orders, I ship via our local post office (Philpost) which is not very fast or reliable (as of now). It might take a couple of months before your order gets delivered to you.

Damaged Products

Please take a photo of the damaged products, take note of your order ID and send them to this form.

I will then coordinate this with the courier and let you know if a refund is possible or not.

I do my best to keep the packaging as sustainable and eco-friendly as much as possible without compromising the safety of the products. That also means that I reuse papers or bags for non-sticker products like washi tapes. These are usually packing I get from other small businesses.

If you also have a shop, please feel free to reuse any parts of the packaging for your own orders.
